As well as developing, designing and delivering best practice research you will train and mentor staff. Raising the profile of the division and winning new business will also be key responsibilities. As well as developing IP and thinking.
To achieve these goals you will be a first class thinker with excellent research skills gained within a consultancy environment. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage clients. A people person you will be able to lead and engage a team.
