This Research Manager opportunity represents an ideal opportunity to work on a large, prestigious account within a dedicated research and insights team. Project wise, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of ad-hoc studies with a social leaning that will involve engaging with a variety of audiences including hard to reach and sensitive groups such as people from ethnic minorities, teenagers and disabled people. The team work on around 30 live “big picture” projects at any one time, with only a few ongoing projects, so there will be plenty of variety and scope to involve yourself in research design.
In terms of previous experience – you will be confident with all aspects of quantitative project management and methodology design, and also be comfortable with client and stakeholder management as well as interpreting and distilling insights. There will also be the opportunity to work collaboratively with qualitative colleague on mixed methods projects. Previous research agency experience is essential, and although any sector experience will be considered, you will need to have a strong interest in social research.
