$60,000 to $75,000 plus super plus bonus

This agency has paved the way for incorporating new technologies in the collection of market research survey data. Focusing their efforts of employee engagement surveys, they partner with some of the best loved brands in Australia to ensure strong relationships exist with their staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for client account management and the delivering a number of market research studies.
You will build up a thorough understanding of the technologies at your fingertips and will be the go to person for all client queries; you will train clients on research platforms, you will advise on best practice for survey execution, oversee smooth running of research projects and will deliver research findings back to clients.
You will manage an exciting range of blue-chip clients from a variety of industries (tourism, financial services, teleco) and must be able to juggle multiple projects at any given time.

• Have experience working in a market research environment, ideally with experience managing B2B surveys - ideally employee satisfaction / engagement
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent client management skills
