Operating in an open planned spacious office this agency has been named as one of the fastest growing independent research agency’s in Australia. Not only do they work with more than Australia’s 50 biggest brands but also social and government departments.
They are a full series agency that run projects end-to-end and combine traditional quat and qual to really unlock problems.
Projects: Market Segmentation, New Product Development, Understanding Buying behaviour & Customer experience.
The role: Project Manager
This opportunity will allow you to work across all projects and be involved end-to-end. It will be an exceptional opportunity for you to further grow your research and consulting skills.
The day to day:
• Client Account Management – Build strong relationships with your client where you will take a hands-on step up with project implementation, development and progression
• Project coordination – You will be highly efficient and ensure that all projects run smoothly. You will also be involved in data processing, data cleaning and insights generation
• Research: You will assist with questionnaire design, reporting, writing screeners and running qualitative interview and focus groups.
You will be a natural problem solver, with strong organisation and relationship building skills. Previously agency experience is required/
