This full-service market research consultancy, specialising in providing customised solutions across the globe has seen significant growth recently and is now on the search for an experienced Research Manager to join their team. Operating on a global basis, this agency has huge experience in NPD, pricing, customer satisfaction, market understanding and branding across three specialist sectors: Consumer & Business Research, Health & Pharma and Utilities.
As a Research Manager within the Utilities team your role will be highly varied as you work across a mixture of smaller ad-hoc projects, alongside larger complex studies. Working closely with your clients you will provide a unique offering, focused upon engaging closely with your customers, in trying to understand consumer experience on a specific service, rather than a product.
Having already gained research experience working for a market research agency you will be highly skilled in a mixture of quant research methodologies, any qual experience will be advantageous. Ideally you will come from a background in utilities, B2B or social research.
