£30,000 - £32,000 + bonus – Leading Global Research firm
A fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join a leading global research firm, to be the driver in new business development and account management across a variety of sectors, including; retail, transport, and professional services. As specialists in employee research, this consultancy is passionate about helping organisations understand their people, create engaging places to work and ultimately improve business performance and as an Account Manager your role will be integral in ensuring this successful delivery.
As an Account Manager 50% of your workload will be managing existing client accounts, building upon relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The other 50% will be generating new business leads, delivering effective pitches to drive the business forwards.
Having already gained some experience working within a sales environment for a research agency you will be a strong client manager and be confident in developing new relationships. You will have also have a general understanding across the different research methodologies.
