Qualitative Research Manager – Cantonese language skills required

By collecting and collating information about hundreds of thousands of consumers worldwide they are behind some of the world’s most successful brands, products and experiences that impact our lives daily.
They are now looking for an experienced, self-motivated qualitative researcher with strong project management, moderation (in Cantonese), reporting and presenting skills to join the Hong Kong team. You will be working as a part of a small, highly experienced qualitative team, and with a multitude of contacts across the business offering research integration opportunities. Your work will include sensory testing, innovation testing, ideation, communication testing, decision making and shopper research.
• Sound understanding of market research principles and methodologies, with at least 5 years’ experience in qualitative research
• Proven experience in end-to-end qualitative research (taking briefs, constructing proposals, project management, writing screeners and discussion guides, moderation skills, crafting engaging stories and presenting)
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• A curious & open mind, a problem solver, able to demonstrate initiative and a team player
