This insight focused research team use innovative and dynamic methods to bridge the gap between consumers and clients throughout the customer lifecycle, helping to ensure clients make the best decisions when it comes to understanding their consumers and effectively marketing their products. Due to recent success they are looking to further expand their team and hire a Research Manager.
Already an experienced senior research executive you will have around 3-5 years of practical research experience in a commercial environment. Joining the customer insight team of this highly reputable agency your role will be extremely varied. You will have the opportunity to work across a number of sectors including technology, sport and retail to name but a few. Projects types will be broad and will include npd, customer experience and branding.
