This quantitative research agency is looking for a smart thinker to join their boutique team. They have a reputation Australia wide for their clever, holistic approach to tackling complex business, marketing and communication issues.

They are looking for someone who is the full package as the quality of client relationships cannot be compromised at they continue to grow. They need someone with the expertise in quantitative techniques to deliver high impact, high quality insights grounded in analytics. Strong interpersonal skills is a must as you will partner strategically with clients to implement insights.

As an full service researcher you will work alongside marketing scientists who perform complex analytics to identify consumer segments, inform pricing strategy, use deep dives to understand brand development, track brand health , measure advertising effectiveness, use conjoint analysis and volumetric choice modelling to predict market share, inform new product development…the list continues! Your approach will always be defined by your client brief and your 100% customised approach will lead to compelling insights that inform decision making.

This is a highly visible role in the business and your responsibilities will be to manage a portfolio of clients, delivering on all stages of the project span; from proposal design to presentation.

Does this sound like it could fit?? You must have:
• Experience working as a quantitative research in a well-known commercial research institute
• The commercial rigour to manage a wide span of business issues autonomously
• Experience presenting insights and manage key accounts.
• Excellent analytical abilities: Strong SPSS/Q Skills would be ideal.
