Join the media, content and brand communications arm of this global market research group where their data science arm has been developed to make a significant contribution to the service! As a Senior Data Scientist you’ll be involved in developing new analysis techniques reflecting the growing industry importance of Big Data, passive measurement technologies, complex modelling, visualisation, data integration and calibration methodologies. As such you’ll work with a team whose skillsets include; computer programming, advanced stats and analytics, various modelling techniques, probability theory, data integration and fusion, Big Data processing, passive measurement, complex survey design etc. Working on a high profile project you’ll manage a specialist team of analysts/programmers and take full responsibility for the delivery of data to the client. Core skills required would be extensive experience working on complex projects of which programming in SAS is a major part, plus a demonstrate knowledge of the application of relational structures and databases, advanced data processing techniques as well as various statistical analyses. Additionally a good understanding of macro language code and SQL, and the ability to write structured code in a clear and precise way is also prerequisite.
