The role of a Project Manager is to partner with the consulting teams to ensure that a project is planned and executed in line with internal and client expectations. You will be focussed on delivering tailored and customised HR solutions and professional services to a global client base. It’s envisaged that the ideal candidate will come from a project management background in a Business or HR Consulting arena. You’ll also be able to demonstrate previous experience when it comes to successfully managing large, complex projects, with strong attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture.

Your primary responsibilities are likely to include:

- Running projects from end-to-end from initiation and set-up through to execution and invoicing and financial tracking
- Creating project plans, monitoring costs and ensuring the overall success of the program
- Communicating with key stakeholders on the project status
- Work with sales and consulting to identify and capitalise on opportunities to develop the business
