Quantitative Director – London/Home-based – Clientside (Global Retail)
£60,000 - £75,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
A genuinely exciting (and rare!) opportunity for a highly skilled and commercially-focused quantitative researcher to join an expert senior team in the insights arm of this global corporation.
Playing a pivotal role in the design, development and analysis of global studies you will work alongside stakeholders to to create a new high level standard in brand tracking and customer experience research. Championing the voice of the customer, you will help develop clear cultural change programs, embedding the results of complex quantitative studies across all markets within the business, and ultimately making a real and lasting impact on overall business strategy.
This role calls for the following:
• Extensive experience running quantitative market research studies at a senior level. within an agency environment
• Expertise in brand as well as customer experience research
• Proven ability to extract strategic messages from data that will drive meaningful, actionable and confident decision making through a retail business.
• Ability to engage varying stakeholders/clients/audiences
