This role is pure high-end qual and integrated market problem solving. It’s defining problems, finding research solutions, talking to consumers and providing consultancy and outcomes. You’ll take responsibility for some accounts, you’ll partner on others, you’ll always be part of a project team and there’ll be variety on who you work with and what you work on. Projects span branding, communications, innovations and segmentation and methodologies are 100% bespoke involving creative tools like ethnography, workshops, co-creation, groups, cultural insights, semiotics and the like. This agency is not afraid to step in to unchartered waters and doesn’t just fly comfortably but is always trusted to try new things with clients.
At the Senior Account Manager level you will be trusted to contribute and take responsibility for projects from end to end with the support of a director. You’ll love being given rope with clients and to lead and inspire more junior resource. You’ll be increasingly moving towards more responsibility, confidence to suggest ideas and new avenues with clients and you’ll be getting ready to step up in to an even more commercial AD role.
