They boast a wealthy client list across many industries – Finance, Insurance, Government, Healthcare, Education, Community Services, Retail and Sport. Their specialities include: Customer experience, employee satisfaction, board effectiveness, stakeholder management. risk surveys, gender diversity measurement and consulting.

Growth is the need for this hire and they are looking for a Principal Consultant to build and develop the Heath, Communities and Education pillar of the business and contribute to the overall success.

This role will suit a seasoned researcher with previous BD experience who would like to be part of a growing team of consummate thinkers. You will enjoy a flexible, mature working environment where you can really enjoy high-quality, high-impact research.

Who are you?

An Accomplished Senior Researcher / Consultant: This role would suit someone that is looking for the next step. Coming from a research / management consultancy you will have strong understanding and a hands on approach to research.
A natural business developer: You will have proven success in identifying, building and converting new and existing business opportunities through recommendations and networking. Not only will you get a kick out of closing a deal, but you will be passionate about proving clients with the information they need to make a real difference in their organisation. You will be someone that can build and maintain strong and positive relationships with major clients. Overall they are looking for someone that is proactive.
A mentor: You are an inspirational manager who can ‘lead from the front’ whilst also being hands on.
A strategic thinker: You will lead consulting and change management projects and have a natural ability to provide clients insights that really matter.

To apply for this role, you must have the following experience:

• 6+years’ experience working in a management consultancy, data collection or full service market research agency.
• Ideally you will have experience working with clients from the Education, Healthcare or Community Services or a passion for this space
• Excellent client management experience.

This is an ideal role for an excellent and experience ‘all-rounder’ who is equally at home with client development and management as well as hands on responsibility.
