An ideal opportunity for a Senior Retail & Shopper research specialist to bring together, consolidate and champion the Shopper Research offering in Australia for this household-name agency. The agency already has a pre-eminent market position and a reputation for innovation in FMCG and Retail research and intelligence, so the development of the Shopper business was a logical and natural step, and clients have been incredibly receptive as it adds value and dovetails perfectly with existing services.
Reporting to the senior management team, this is a high profile position where you will enjoy close working relationships with business heads within the group to define and implement the commercial strategy for the Shopper and Category team, while also delivering strategic insights and advising client’s at the most senior levels. There will also be an emphasis on developing your unit, therefore requiring a credible Shopper/Retail customised research background along with strong commercial and leadership abilities.

Able to cut through the noise to allow their clients to succinctly understand their shoppers and retail landscapes this business is quickly becoming THE VOICE when it comes to shopper marketing and insights.
Offering tailored ad-hoc quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research designed they are able to solve any kind of category and shopper business problem their clients choose to challenge them with. They already enjoy strong relationships with key FMCG clients and retailers and you and your team will lead the charge in delivering pure shopper research, category diagnostics and analysis, consulting work, workshop facilitation and client training programs.
