Projects aim to understand consumers and the choices they make about the product and services they buy, investigating path to purchase, NPD and brand and communication campaigns, as well as advertising effectiveness. Customised ad-hoc research is very much the focus here, although they do have some tracking programmes.

This particular opportunity is for a qualitative specialist to join the team at Associate Director level, where you will be delivering impactful and easy to digest recommendations to your clients. You’ll be utilising a range of on and offline techniques to draw insight from community panels such as pop-up online communities, face to face and online focus groups, in-home interviews, and eye tracking. Aside from this, you will be happy to get involved in further developing key client relationships as well as playing a part in new business development. Working closely with clients and colleagues to support innovation within the business is also likely to feature.
