No experience in employee research is needed, but a passion to become a specialist in this niche sector is essential.
In this high profile role you will be dedicated to delivering employee focussed research specifically focussing on employee engagement and how this may benefit clients and lead to greater customer experience and retention. You will be involved in the design, project management and delivery of insights, using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and working on ad hoc and tracker studies. Your extensive client base will include household names in retail, consumer finance, travel and FMCG sectors.
Your experience will have been gained in a market research agency, where you will have developed strong research, analysis and project management skills.
