c. £37,5000 (for four months to March 2022); UK remote working
Hugely exciting and impactful contract available for a Data Analyst/Statistician to assist the insights department of this longstanding influential funding organisation.
Having recently commissioned and published research/insight into 'impact' of the funding initiatives this organisation has long been involved with, the team believe they have acquired some valuable datasets from which more can be derived via deeper analysis, merging data etc. What they need in order to do so is some data analysis/statistical expertise. Your role will involve applying techniques such as multivariate analysis, regression etc, and as well as being a strong statistician/data analyst, you'll equally be a good communicator who can bring these findings to life - you'll not only be liaising with the insights and information teams, but also wider stakeholders within this organisation too.
Ideally you'll be an experienced statistician/data analyst versed in a wide range of techniques and tools. It's distinctly advantageous if you've previously worked with social research datasets, but if you're from the market research arena or similar but have worked on some broader/relatable statistical projects, this will be applicable too. Aforementioned good communication skills are also desirable, as is someone who can start immediately (given this will essentially run from December to March 2022 end). This is a remote working role too - so good flexibility offered.
This is a great short term statistical opportunity for a Data Analyst who'd love to work in the social, charitable or funding sector and see the further difference your work can make.
