Join this award-winning social enterprise turned SaaS firm as a Senior B2B Digital Marketing Manager!
This group helps to make UK employers aware of the diverse talent available to them and how to engage with their workforce via a range of SaaS/HRTech and corporate responsibility based programmes. Working with the Marketing & Brand Team, you’ll work closely with the HoM and have the chance to build digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, create significant leads for Business Development team, and increase customer retention. You will also have have very strong knowledge on channels where content will be shared to get best exposure and uptake. Additionally you will get to work closely with content strategy and internal thought leaders to create and share engaging content including, emails, online blogs, promoting press coverage and importantly sharing back via analytics the success of content, plus be the bridge with telemarketers to provide them with reports on who is engaging with them group and where they are in the new business funnel.
Essentially you'll create a digital marketing/lead generation strategy off the back off the group's propositions and customer personas and so develop everything from social media campaigns, SEO, PPC and provide timely reports to support the team to approach customers etc with them; you will also play a strong role re content on the group's website!
Your background will be digital marketing (possibly within a SaaS firm) - from knowledge of employer branding and B2B activity through to strong understanding of social media channels and online advertising. Effectively you'll be up to date on all things digital, be a strong communicator and storyteller, but perhaps more importantly want to bring these skills to a group where what you do WILL make a difference to peoples' employment chances and careers!
