The role: Research Manager
As a Research Account Manager, you'll manage awesome commercial client accounts from the initial pitch to delivery and implementation. Multifaceted, in your approach, your combine your project management, research, and strong communication skills to translate data into human insights that inform business decisions and ignite growth.

From day one, you'll be responsible for:
• Leading commercial projects end-to-end with a focus on design, implementation, reporting, and delivery
• Adding guidance to research design, presenting, and proposal writing
• Building strong and trusted relationships with clients – being their go-to person
• Managing online communities and qualitative analysis
• Designing quantitative questions
• Strategic insight and data analysis (SPSS or Q)
• Pulling out key nuggets of insights and guiding clients on how to continue to improve their customer and employee experience

As an integral member of the team, it's essential that you have:
• Prior commercial agency experience within Market Research/ Customer Experience /Online Communities/ or Insights
• Hands-on experience (or an interest) managing CX, VoC, or employee experience projects
• An ability to design research projects (either qualitative or quantitative)
• Client service excellent, with proven experience building strong relationships
• An inherent interest in technology and the power of real-time data
• Deep understanding of insights and problem solving
• Inquisitive nature and drive to accelerate your career.
