The role: Insights Consultant – Voice of the Customer
Sitting within the growing Sydney team, you’ll be managing a new client account within the FMCG sector, in addition to a leading financial institution (becoming fully integrated into their business). Clients will see you as an integral part of their business, success, and future planning.
You’ll engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business, from branding, customer insights to product, employee engagement, and digital UX. You will be hands-on and involved in all project elements from account management, client management, insight reporting, analysis, presenting proposals, and partnering with the technical team to roll out dashboards. The essentials:
• Prior insights and research experience within quantitative data, online project management, analysis, and reporting
• Technical skills with excel, SPSS, or Q
• An ability to translate the complex into simplicity
• Excellent communication and proven client account management experience.
• The ability to pull out key insights that tell a story and drive real-time ROI.
• Passion, curiosity, and an interest in research, CX, and VOC
