Super opportunity to bring your market research & insights skills client side with this Insights Executive role within a top law firm!
Joining its burgeoning research division focusing on customer insight, you will employ classic research techniques to ascertain the behaviours, beliefs and attitudes of both existing and target audiences, helping to improve segmentations, research, propositions and customer experience, and helping facilitate client-led decision making to drive this law firm's strategic growth! As such you'll design customer insight studies, support insight delivery to stakeholders, investigate customer journeys, engage in customer listening programmes, and more besides.
You'll ideally have previous customer led insights experience (either from agency or client side), have a mix of primary/secondary research skills (and be proficient in both qual & quant techniques), and be a strong communicator. You'll be keen to develop, and want to join an insights team aiming to make a strategic difference to how this law firm goes about understanding the clients it serves, and how it can improve and innovate upon that. You'll be working with a hugely supportive network made up of research professionals (rare in the legal profession) and also enjoy the benefits of an extremely flexible working culture that caters for both remote and hybrid working practices in order to secure the best talent UK wide.
