The role: Research Manager
As a result of impressive growth, the team is excited to be expanding its healthcare division in Sydney. Partnering with pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device organisations, you’ll deliver tailored research consulting focused on; patient experience, value mapping, and wiliness to pay.
Your insights and recommendations allow better access to medical treatments through your ability to understand what is valued by patients, doctors, and policymakers within the rapidly changing healthcare landscape. In addition to healthcare, their insights support government infrastructure, the arts, transport, and environmental economics across the entirety of Australia.
As a Research Manager within the Healthcare team, you’ll be hands-on in managing projects from initial brief to final report, delivery, and presentation. Your days will be a mixture of:

• Managing commercial and government healthcare and pharmaceutical
• Writing proposals
• Project management and managing stakeholder relationships across all levels
• Designing research
• Analysis of qualitative and quantitative + supporting the advanced analytics team
• Insight generation, report writing, and contribution to scientific papers

Their exceptional healthcare team has a world of multidisciplinary and therapeutics area experience with experience across – Oncology, Mental Health, treatment-resistant depression, immunology, neurology, cardiovascular and rare diseases.

The essentials:
• Experience within Market Research – commercial, social, or academic
• Strong quantitative research skills – questionnaire design, analysis, and reporting
• Inherent interest in healthcare research and a genuine desire to have a positive influence on society
• Strong communication with the ability to translate complex data, concepts, and information into concise reports
