Hugely enticing opportunity for an experienced commercial leader/CRO from the SaaS/Tech sector to take the helm at this growing, VC backed and mission-locked social enterprise turned SaaS Group!
This company, already an award winner and long respected for the work it does within the employment, diversity & inclusion sector, is on the rise with its innovative take in areas such as Ed Tech, L&D Tech and HR Tech – evolving services it has built into its pre-existing award winning portfolio. With this exciting transition underway, now has never been a better time to join in a strategic capacity to help steer the group's commercial goals. Essentially you'll be taking charge of teams covering new business development/lead generation, account management, customer success and marketing, and you'll be involved in every aspect - from delivering on commercial targets through to recruitment, training and team(s) expansion - instilling an Enterprise SaaS/Tech commercial culture at the same time as the group further pivots in this direction.
Ideally then you'll be a commercial leader, CRO or relative equivalent with considerable experience already behind you at this level, but with perhaps your most rewarding challenges yet to come. It's essential you've a proven track record of building, managing and coaching commercial, customer success and related teams, that you're used to £50K+ deal sizes, and that you've worked in a senior commercial capacity in Enterprise SaaS/Tech or similar. You'll hopefully have previous grown a business previously and can demonstrate upscaling digital revenues. Furthermore you'll be passionate, a super communicator, and know how to provide your teams with the tools to succeed, and offer autonomy in order to get the best out of them.
