More client responsibility – a flagship portfolio of FMCGs, financial institutions, charities and retailers await your attentive and proactive style of client engagement. You’ll love asking questions, exploring different business needs, and uncovering new opportunities to strengthen relationships.
More data – Get your hands-on thousands of data points on consumer opinions, attitudes and behaviours via a highly engaged proprietary panel. Bring the data to life by seeing the patterns and creating story led reports and presentations to empower your clients.
More team management – Share your mad research skills and develop your coaching abilities, managing a small team of research executives. A team which will grow under you.
More variety – No two days will be the same switching between clients, topics and reporting consumer sentiment/behaviour around branding, advertising awareness, consumer engagement, competitive analysis, new product/services.

What skills do you need:
• Significant experience in consumer insights/market research, ideally agency.
• Expert in quantitative survey research
• Evidence of strong client retention skills
• First-class analytical skills
• Confident with stats packages like SPSS/Q/ Excel etc
• Experience delivering high quality reports and presentations
• Commercial nous – to translate insights into business strategy
• Ideally experience in syndicated research, but open to customised
• A can-do positive attitude and energy
