Client Service Manager – Top Sports Clients - Global Insight & Analytics Group
Central London (Currently home-working), £35,000 – 40,000 + strong bonus + great benefits
Ambitious, technology-led, innovative and entrepreneurial this Global Insight & Analytics Group’s Sports business is continuing to grow at a pace. With industry leading data and tools, when it comes to offering clients a real understanding of how their brands engage with consumers, few can match this Group’s thought leadership.
You will have management responsibility for some of this agency’s most prominent, high-value and exciting accounts - clients include the biggest global sporting events, sports governing bodies and big name sponsors. Leading the delivery of insights to enhance audience and fan understanding, this dynamic, high performing team has a passion for finding the stories in the data and translating them in meaningful and engaging ways.
Utilising your superior client servicing skills to the full, you will capitalise on opportunities to grow, develop and retain your accounts – your proactive approach, vision and leadership will ensure you create impactful and imaginative client engagement methods. Your advisory skills will be stretched, holding meaningful conversations with C-Suite level about their business challenges and training clients to ensure they get the best out of the data and insights. You must enjoy building long term relationships across multiple accounts and be keen to be seen as a valued partner by your clients.
To deliver the highest standards of client service we are looking for:
• Proven expertise in client servicing/ account management gained in market research
• Deliver story-based insights from a range of syndicated and custom data sources
• Strong commercial acumen
• Outgoing personality with excellent negotiating and influencing skills
• Problem solver with initiative and strong analytical ability
• Superb prioritisation and time-management skills
Whilst you don’t need experience in the sports sector, an enthusiasm for the sector is ideal.
