Quant Senior Insight Manager – Key account management (Tech/Telecoms)

This research consultancy has a strong specialism in customer experience strategy implementing CX trackers that help their clients improve how their brands deliver on what matters most to their customers. They have a long standing close partnership with a client operating in the tech/telecoms sector going beyond standard tracking work, developing a strong CX tracking system that incorporates real time feedback across key customer journeys and touchpoints integrated with customer behavioural data. Their work fuels the client’s decision making helping them to build a deep understanding of customer needs, expectations and perceptions. They help them identify where to act and identify issues and pain points – monitoring and evaluation of impact is also key and they track key events and the impact of initiatives providing regular updates on performance.
As a Senior Insight Manager within the team, you will play a key role in supporting across all elements of this account – eg research design, project management, analysis and insight / storytelling delivery. It’s envisaged that you will have a real passion for creating and delivering value to your clients and ideally have experience working within the customer satisfaction space or NPS trackers.
