Join the Data & Insights Team in a crucial Audience Researcher (Senior Research Executive equivalent) role for this world famous venue/attraction based in the heart of London!
It's a twelve month maternity cover contract ideally starting in September 2021. Your role will be twofold, generating audience insights that shapes venue activity, and reporting on audience KPIs. A varied role involving mixed methodologies (with a leaning to quantitative) plus some external agency liaison/management you'll be involved with running a rolling research programme to monitor visitor trends and behaviour, managing the venue’s online research panel (including recruitment, scripting surveys and delivering research with a quick turnaround); conducting quantitative and qualitative research with general visitors, digital visitors, staff and other audience; creating summary reports, presentations, visualisations etc, planning/conducting one-off (ad hoc) research projects; and far more insight based activity besides. In so doing you'll be providing stakeholders with statistics or insight to support reporting, business cases and funding bids.
Ideally you'll be an experienced market research professional with strong communication and presentation skills. You'll probably already be at Research Executive or Senior Research Executive level, and have extensive experience in quantitative research (designing/analysing surveys) plus knowledge of qualitative research methods (such as interviewing techniques, focus group facilitation and digital ethnography).
Although a contract, it's most definitely a great opportunity for someone with such a background in market research and who's immediately available to step into their first client side role, and for such a prestigious and well-loved attraction too! Additionally there's a nice hybrid/remote working policy in place, and a really collaborative team to join!
