Join this industry stand-out policy and evaluation unit who are one of the leading providers of evaluation services to the UK government. They provide evidence on the effectiveness of public policies and programmes to help set policy priorities. The team is made up of a diverse range of specialists and includes economists and social policy researchers. They are now keen to make a key appointment at Senior Research Consultant level to support the continued growth of social policy related evaluation and covering the specialist area of crime and security.
As a Senior Research Consultant in the team, you will be play an important role in the day to day management and delivery of mixed method evaluations of social policy related programmes. You will also play an important role in business development, supporting the growth of social policy evaluation by winning proposals and identifying market opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing evaluation projects through the full project cycle, from evaluation design to data collection and analysis, through to
developing conclusions and recommendations
- Developing client relationships
- Drafting evaluation findings
- Presenting results to clients and stakeholders
- Developing questionnaires and discussion guides
- Contributing to evaluation proposals
