This quantitative-focused research role will see you working on a mix of social and commercial projects.
You will land a varied client portfolio, working with leading brands within Social & Government, FMCG, Services, Media, Finance, and Technology. Project types will be diverse and include Brand Strategy and Growth, Communication Development, Innovation, Ideation, and Concept Development. Throughout each project, you will uncover behavioral insight and determine the subconscious drivers of human behaviour and decision-making are.
As a Consultant, you will have a pivotal role in the team and work on all stages of the research process, from the initial pitch to the final presentation. As a quantitative expert, you are highly skilled in questionnaire/survey design, data analysis, and insight generation.
What do you need to have?
• Prior experience working in market research or a consumer insights agency
• The desire to work in an agile, creative and flexible boutique agency
• An ability to turn complex data into clear and synthesise information
• A strong quantitative toolkit and skilled using SPSS (and) Q
• A passion for research and behavioral economics
