The agency is offering an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Qualitative Operations Manager to join and accelerate their career!
Reporting to the MD, this is a role where you will work collaboratively to constantly push for more innovative ways of delivering projects for an exciting client list that includes top multinational drinks companies, major multi-media brands, technology leaders and fashion clients.
Complex multi-market qualitative projects are delivered utilising an array of methods including focus groups, workshops, online communities and ethnography – you will be tasked with providing creative solutions for project design to budget and tight deadlines. Managing project partners all over the world including researchers, recruiters and ethnographers, you will write screeners, cost projects, ensure quality control and timely deliverables and train junior researchers in the project management process. Working closely with the leadership, resource management will also be a key part of your role,
