Take your project management career to the next level with this hugely successful strategic global research agency. A versatile operations professional with technical and commercial prowess, vision and leadership skills is sought to join a high-profile project management team.
As Project Director, you will work closely with Research Directors across the team and liaise with senior stakeholders at top consumer clients, as well as playing a key role when it comes to providing ideas and plans for improving the PM function. You will implement key technical and management initiatives, which in turn will promote best practice and efficiencies across the business. Driving growth and ensuring innovation is key to success in this role.
Highly client focused, you will attend meetings and pitches as the operations expert, consulting and advising on methodologies. Inspiring and upskilling the team to deliver multiple quantitative consumer projects, (UK and International) and achieve high quality output, you will be an open-minded team player with strong coaching and negotiation skills and significant expertise gained in quantitative operations/ project management in the consumer sector.
Proactive, you will be keen to step up and take on a highly visible but still hands-on role and ‘lead from the front’, mentoring talented PM’s under one shared goal and mission to provide an exceptional operations service to this dynamic research business.
