This Consultancy of customer experience specialists blend industry knowledge with fresh research techniques to deliver insightful strategic solutions to their range of high-profile service clients. They are currently seeking a motivated researcher keen to join a well-structured, well-supported and dynamic organisation where you can enjoy a healthy work/life balance and plenty of opportunity for further progression.
In this client facing role, you will use your previous quantitative experience to join a team managing a large high profile ongoing customer experience programme that is of huge strategic importance to the client. The programme is being constantly updated and developed so having creativity in your research thinking is key in this role, along with an understanding data visualisation or a desire to grow your skills in this vital area by working with an impressive in-house data visualisation team.
