Joining a flourishing marketing division, your role as CRM/Campaign Manager will be truly pivotal. As such you'll be behind CRM strategy, building high-performing campaigns using best practice across email, landing pages and content. Additionally you'll be involved with insight to drive segmentation, lead-scoring, analytics and sales enablement. Essentially you'll be a nurturer of commercial opportunity.
Ideally you'll be a strong communicator and innovative as this business is currently undergoing significant digital transformation. You'll most likely have experience within B2B covering strategic CRM Management and campaign implementation including growing email lists and segmentation, demonstrating how CRM can drive revenue, increase retention and customer lifetime value. Having built dynamic campaigns using CRM, you'll be expert in nurturing leads and driving conversion. You'll additionally have good skills using marketing automation tools; Pardot is advantageous but other leading systems will also be considered. Added to that you know how to make decisions based on data, and bare able to analyse results and share insight, reporting on and measuring the effectiveness of marketing activity and using data to identify business opportunities.
