Really exciting opportunity for and insights & data processing orientated Senior Insights Executive to join this influential communications and campaigns agency that works heavily charities, not-for-profit etc.
Offering insight, strategy and creative solutions to non-profit organisations, charities, NGOs, and arts & culture organisations, they're very much the 'go to' agency in this field. Part of their offering includes running market-leading brand trackers and audience research surveys that clients use to monitor their impact. Such data is applied to produce audience segmentations and help clients learn more about the needs and expectations of their supporters and service users. As such they are now market leaders in audience and brand tracking for international NGOs and many charities.
As a Senior Insight Executive you'll be involved in tracker (and quality) management, questionnaire coordination, member engagement/support, and research project support (with the potential to be involved in additional ad hoc projects).
Ideally you may well have worked in market research/insights as a project executive, data processor or research executive (with project/DP skills) and are looking to bring these to an insights role, meaning you'll get to deliver insights on some ad hoc projects too. And it's essential that you are able to write SPSS syntax, as well as being comfortable using WORD/Excel.
This is such a great role for a Senior Insights Executive (or DPer with insights ambitions) who'd perhaps love to move out of the traditional market research environment and into a communications agency whose work with charities and the like has had huge impact.
