With international offices and client focus, they cover a niche area of market research study, with a preference on quantitative or mixed method approaches. As such you'll oversee a range of different project types across a wide range of vertical markets, and join a hugely collaborative team is so doing. Your responsibilities will range from commercial development through to project delivery and managing/mentoring a great team of research professionals. Previous research/insights agency experience at Senior Manager, Associate Director or Research Director level is preferred given the extent of the work involved, as is a cooperative and team player approach given the supportive, personable culture you'll be joining.
