Hugely exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial Head of Marketing/CMO to help steer the fortunes of this burgeoning international tech group whose sustainable approach is revolutionising the logistics industry.
Your role will be to work closely with the leadership team and take charge of marketing strategy and implementation. Managing a small but efficient and proactive marketing department, you'll essentially be required to lead on all internal/external communications, advise key stakeholders on the 'building of a brand', oversee the productivity and ensure the commercial application of marketing tech (e.g. lead generation via marketing automation systems like Hubspot), and develop/manage a range of external marketing/digital agency relationships. At the same time you'll both have 'buy in' and promote the group's sustainability ethos.
Ideally you'll be an innovative senior B2B marketer ready for that next exciting and autonomous challenge. You'll be a strong communicator, extremely 'hands on' (it’s imperative you’re a doer as well as a strategist), and be able to demonstrate on your CV and at interview your successes in both developing revenue, and also the range of agency relationships you've cultivated and what results these have brought (this part is essential!). Additionally you'll most likely be an advocate or have strong interest in sustainability and working for organisations promoting such. Furthermore you'll have probably worked in another tech group, start-up, or similar environment and be more used to flexibility rather than previously operating within an established/elaborate marketing infrastructure.
