This is a market research agency that works hard to make complex market information straightforward for their clients. They deliver meaningful insight, that is outcome-focused and easy to embed and action. They see research as a tool to arm their clients with market and customer understanding enabling them to differentiate themselves from their competition and to deliver game-changing brands, products, and customer experiences.


They are looking for a bright mind to join them as a Quantitative Account Manager. In this very hands-on role, you will have input into all parts of the project life cycle from client’s pitches and proposals to research and questionnaire design to project management and data collection to data analysis and client reports and deliverables. You will work with a broad range of clients, primarily from the technology and services sector.

• Tracking
• Thought Leadership
• Innovation
• Customer Behaviour Models
• Customer Experience and Advocacy


You must be keen to learn, have an interest in understanding behaviour and decision making and like the idea of working in a boutique market research agency made up of great minds. You must already have a foundation of hands-on commercial experience in quantitative methods, think at least 1-2 years months, and be able to show a natural flair for doing things a little differently. A natural with numbers, you will need to have previous experience of using Q or SPSS and you’ll enjoy finding insights/stories from numbers.
