Currently at the top of its game, this highly desirable independent market research agency is doing phenomenally well and with growth comes opportunity. This particular opportunity is for a Qualitative Insights Consultant.

Specialists in working with Healthcare Professionals and Patients this agency has a particularly strong reputation within brand strategy, decision journeys, patient experiences, customer segmentation, multi-channel communications and online/digital research solutions. They work they do is fascinating. You’ll need the confidence to speak with specialists and the empathy and EQ to talk to patients from all walks of life. Whilst topic areas can at times be confronting, the rewards come from helping to improve the patient care and experience of everyday Australians.
Working in the qual team you will have input to each stage of a project from proposal to presentation. You will work closely with your quant counterparts to deliver well-rounded research solutions. And whilst project and fieldwork management will form part of your duties, senior team members will also expect a hand when it comes to the strategic thinking! Two heads are always better than one at this agency and you’ll be fully involved in analysis insight generation and client deliverables.
• 2-4 years’ experience within Qualitative research
• An interest in Healthcare or prior experience in the sector
• Previous experience of writing recruitment specs, preparing discussion guides, moderating depth interviews and conducting qualitative analysis.
• An exposure to online qual will be a bonus!
