This research and strategy consultancy work with a broad range of big brand clients that keep coming back again and again! The agency pride themselves in being able to help embed research and insight into a client’s strategy and they have a particular strength in brand and customer experience measurement. They aim to inform and inspire effective decision making and recognise the power of conducting great research to facilitate this process.
As a Senior Research Executive within the team, you will have a real passion for creating and delivering value for your clients. You’ll be capable of building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients and be capable of supporting across the project lifecycle including research design, project management, analysis and insight delivery. Importantly, you’ll have a strong desire to further your career within brand and CX and be keen to really help your clients get under the skin of their consumers - helping them to build a deep understanding of their customers needs, expectations and perceptions.
