The ideal candidate
Will have experience within qualitative, strategy, planning, or innovation agencies and have been hands-on with running projects from pitch to presentation.

As a Strategist, you will partner with senior members of the team and clients across all elements of a project. Your key focus will be on:
• Brief Interpretation: Understanding client’s fundamental problems to turn their uncertainty into your compass for investigation.
• Uncovering insights: Running qualitative research consumer interviews, designing discussion guides, focus groups, ethnography, co-creation sessions, and workshops. Then combining that with desk research, social media listening, quantitative analytics, and AI
• Delivery: Uncovering insights, recommendations, and nudges that will drive commercial success. Hands-on with analysis, report writing, and presenting to clients, you translate the complex to simple.
The role demands knowledge across cultural analysis, behavior change market research, and an impressive qualitative research toolkit. It also requires an appreciation for strategic imagination, high-impact storytelling, and curiosity.
It is expected that you have prior commercial research, qualitative or insights agency experience with exceptional communication, and the ability to work independently.
