The role: Insights Consultant

Sitting within the growing Sydney team, you will manage a key client (One of Australia’s most loved finance brands!) becoming fully integrated into their business. Stakeholders across all levels spanning a mixture of teams from branding, customer care to product and digital will turn to you!

You will be hands-on and involved in all project elements from account management, client management, insight reporting, analysis, presenting, proposals, and partnering with the technical team to roll out dashboards.

This is an interesting role – as you will be able to see your insights implemented within the business, track changes, and see your results come to fruition!

The essentials:

• Prior insights/or research experience in a quantitative commercial capacity (agency or client-side)
• Technical skills with excel, SPSS or Q
• Strong communication skills: with the ability to translate the complex into simple solutions.
• The ability to pull out key insights that tell a story and drive real-time ROI.
• Passion, curiosity, and an interest in research, CX, and VOC
