As an Associate Consultant, you'll be involved in all elements of projects, from initial client proposal to final delivery. In a nutshell, you will: 
  • Partner closely with commercial clients to understand their business, strategy, and brand problems
  • Design qual and quant research methodologies and take the lead on project management 
  • Run qual interviews, facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions and design thinking 
  • Translate complex quantitative data into insights through analysis in excel, spss or Q 
  • Uncover actionable and implementable recommendations and solutions that solve problems 
  • Deliver reports and impactful presentations that ignite change for clients
  This is an exceptionally unique position, as you'll have the opportunity to partner with high-profile commercial clients across a vast mix of industries from technology to retail, services, and aviation. You'll work on big-picture strategic projects from segmentation to innovation, CX, brand experience, demand forecasting and reputation. 
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members furthering your capabilities in strategy, quantitative & qualitative research, consulting, data visualisation, communications, and storytelling. 
You'll be part of a team of equally curious, thoughtful, passionate people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives who care as much about each other as their work.
We're looking for motivated, intellectually curious, and sharp thinkers who have: 
  • Commercial agency experience in research/management consulting/insights and/or strategy 
  • Confidence and exposure to all elements of projects from pitch through to presentation
  • Hands-on capabilities with qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies 
  • A love for problem-solving, and a desire to deeply understand human behaviour
