The Role

You’ll be part of a high-performing team working at the cutting edge of retail and FMCG insights.

From day one, you’ll be hands-on with rich datasets, combining POS, shopper panel, and client data, to uncover meaningful patterns, answer commercial questions, and support strategic decision-making.

You’ll play a key role in helping clients translate complex data into clear actions. Whether that’s refining pricing strategies, optimising promotions, or strengthening category performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends in shopper and category behaviour

  • Deliver clear, insight-led recommendations that support client growth and performance

  • Work closely with retail and FMCG clients to understand challenges and shape solutions

  • Support the delivery of high-quality reporting, analytics, and consulting outputs

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted go-to for insight

  • Contribute to projects spanning pricing, promotions, assortment, and shopper engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years’ experience in market research, shopper insights, or category/retail analytics

  • Experience working with FMCG, grocery, or retail clients

  • Exposure to datasets such as POS/SCAN, shopper panel, or loyalty data

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills - comfortable working with large datasets

  • Ability to turn data into a clear story with commercial relevance

  • Confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients and teams
