Senior Research Executive (Qualitative) - Online Consumer Finance

£32 - 38,000 plus Benefits; London/Hybrid

Join this exciting and influential online provider of expert opinion in retail finance where you'll engage in qualitative based insights to uncover consumer attitudes that's integral to how the financial services sector develops its products.

As part of a busy and growing in-house market research team, you'll work across a range of consumer-focused projects including attitude/behaviour, comms testing, branding and online/app usability. As well as providing knowledge to consumers, this organisation additionally offers insights services to the financial services sector re the aforementioned, so you'll be involved in both the delivery of reports and bespoke assignments - as such you'll take ownership from proposal to presentation for some of this.

A qualitative market research/insights background is essential as you'll get to lead on the moderation of qualitative sessions, including focus groups, one-to-one interviews, UX usability interviews; in return you're going to be joining a fast growing organisation whose reputation has been earned huge credibility with its clients, and whose founder is a very well-known thought leader in consumer finance matters.
