Senior Research & Insights Manager - Management Consultancy

This professional services firm boasts one of the largest consumer insight and experience design practices across the region.
Partnering with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and business units, this is a rare opportunity for a talented senior market researcher to apply their end-to-end insights skills in new and alternative ways – organisation change, marketing, strategy, operations, technology, transformations, mergers & acquisitions, digital and advanced analytics, across industries and geographies.
They support clients in both the commercial and government spheres.
With a focus on helping clients transform what they do, the team also sits behind some of the global thought leadership pieces produced by the firm.
  
The day-to-day:
  • Leading the delivery of quantitative and qualitative research throughout the project lifecycle
  • Executing client-ready materials including proposals and research design, research instruments (questionnaires, screeners and discussion guides) and outputs (insights-driven reporting, workshop facilitation etc)
  • Providing mentoring and leadership while fostering an innovative and inclusive team oriented work environment.
  • Working with the latest technologies and datasets to drive high quality insights for clients
  • Client and stakeholder engagement
  • Working on client proposals and RFP responses
Skills for success: 
  • Proven track record in market research and insights, preferably at a management or brand consultancy or market research agency
  • Broad methodological experience in quantitative research design
  • Experienced in qualitative methodologies like IDIs
  • The ability to transform information into insights and business strategies
  • Strong analytical, interpretation and writing skills
