Senior Program Manager - Retail and FMCG
Job description

As part of the APAC operations team, you'll play a key role in delivering large-scale syndicated benchmarking programs that help retailers and suppliers understand performance and strengthen their commercial relationships.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on program management role where you'll take ownership of the operational delivery of multiple research programs.
A key part of the role is understanding how retailer and supplier organisations are structured, ensuring the right businesses, teams and individuals are represented and that participation and data quality remain strong throughout.

Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Coordinating survey setup, testing, fieldwork and program delivery
- Managing participant databases, contact lists and retailer/supplier structures
- Ensuring surveys reach the right people across different organisations, functions and categories
- Monitoring participation and following up to maintain strong program coverage
- Coordinating qualitative recruitment and interviews where required
- Reviewing data and reporting outputs before release
- Managing participant queries and access to online reporting platforms
- Working closely with client teams and international operations colleagues
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make delivery more efficient
About You
You don't necessarily need to come directly from market research.
Your experience could come from areas such as:
- FMCG, grocery or retail
- Category management or category analytics
- Buying, merchandising or range planning
- Trade marketing or customer marketing
- National account or commercial support
- Retail, supplier, supply chain or demand planning
- Research operations, fieldwork or syndicated research
- Data, reporting or program coordination
- A strong understanding of how retailers and FMCG suppliers operate and are structured
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Confidence working with complex data, databases and reporting outputs
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders
