Research Manager (2 year FTC) – Clientside Public Policy – Independent Regulator
Manchester (Hybrid with c2 office days) - £28 - 38,000 + superb benefits
Research & Insight is at the heart of strategy at this leading regulator, anticipating issues in their sector and ensuring evidence-based solutions are delivered to support their vital work in protecting the public.
Your key focus will be to deliver research projects that deliver high profile, high impact insights that engage and influence across the sector. Both commissioning research as well as undertaking projects in-house, you will consult with with policy colleagues across the organisation, designing studies to meet their needs to deliver insights that have impact and inform.
As you will be supporting policy development, it will be advantageous but not essential to have gained your quantitative and qualitative research skills in a public policy environment (agency or clientside). A collaborative team player, used to delivering insights that are accessible and engaging, you will liaise with and deliver to a wide range of stakeholders.
With excellent project and time management skills, you’ll be an expert at juggling projects in a fast-paced environment, keen to develop your career in a friendly, forward-thinking organisation committed to making a difference.
