The role: Senior Research Executive / Research Manager
Reporting into insights and research, you’ll be involved in all project elements, from concept through to delivery and final presentation from day one.
You’ll have access to an expansive array of data from qualitative and quantitative market research, social listening, mead insights, AI, and predictive analytics. While this role is sitting within the growing Research and Insights division (a new and successful arm of the organisation), you’ll have the opportunity to work in tandem with the PR, communications, and branding team, further expanding your skills.
No two days will be the same, whether it's understanding the impact of a government policy, tracking opinions on gender equality, or segmenting the digital population for an online fashion retailer.

An engaging and dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Partnering with clients, brands, and internal stakeholders to solve their challenges through strategic data-driven methodological approaches.
  • Managed internal and external research projects from taking briefs to designing research, running fieldwork, project management, analysis, insight generation, report writing, presenting, and visual storytelling.
  • Translating reports and complex data into solutions that immediately impact building authentic brand relationships and sparking change!
With tailored learning and development, you’ll further your skills in:
  • Proposal writing, pitching, and new business development
  • Collaborating with internal departments across PR, communications & branding
  • Identifying new solutions and analytical tools from AI to social listening analytics
  • High-end consulting and customised big-picture thinking
This is a unique role for a researcher/analyst looking for a career-accelerating opportunity to broaden their horizons and expand their research, insights, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing market research or consumer insights from pitch through to presentation with an eye for detail, a passion for understanding human behaviour, and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
