A Research & Strategy Consultant plays a key role within the organisation, emphasising designing, delivering, and presenting research-based campaigns. 

Drawing upon qualitative and quantitative market research tools, you’ll use your left and right brain hands-on with – survey design, facilitating in-depth interviews and stakeholder workshops, data analysis, insight generation, and communicating findings into tangible and actional recommendations in clear and concise reports, workshops and presentations.  
They don’t just provide reports around what audiences think but go deeper to understand why indicting key drivers of behaviour and implementing clear strategic objects that drive change.
Accelerating your career aspirations, whilst you’ll be sitting within the Research Division, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams delivering integrated solutions.
We’re looking for motivated, commercially astute and committed thinkers with proven commercial experience in quantitative or qualitative market research, management consulting, communications, or PR who are committed to advancing their careers.
The essentials: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, research, politics, business administration or a related field
  • Commercial acumen and ability to build trusted relationships
  • An understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research
  • Great attention to detail
  • A natural ability to interpret complex information into the simple 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to accelerate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in consulting, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally 
This role is based in Sydney, with amazing offices in the CBD overlooking the harbour. Applicants in Australia with full-working rights are welcome to apply, relocation packages to Sydney for successful candidates are on offer.
